The mission is to create space for entrepreneurs to advance their pursuits and build a community together. Membership to The Workspace Boutique includes access to open-plan and private workspace. We have excellent WiFi plus amenities, classes and seminars designed with the entrepreneur needs in mind. Included with membership is a robust and unique calendar of events & a community of members leading their best lives. We provide access to capital for women to expand and start their own business.
We love it when new people join and we want you to know it’s the right option for you. So, we offer a trial day to anyone who is interested or member rates day passes if you need more time to decide. We do have a few conditions:

Co-work memberships: $150 per month. All co-work memberships offer access to the workspace during our business hours of 8am – 5pm. Membership also includes member rates on workshops and meeting rooms with special access to members-only events, and our mentor network. As a member you can choose 2 exclusive days per month to host private workshops. Workshops must be pre approved.
Hot Desk: This membership is for unreserved co-working space. For $60 per month, 40 hours per month. Access to any available desk in the common area of the Workspace Boutique. Pick any open seat, connect to the wifi and get to work.
Named Desk: This membership is for client-based entrepreneurs. For $135 per month, 80 hours per month you can enjoy a desk of your own in a shared space… A desk of your own in a shared space. No need to wonder if your favorite space will be there when you return, you will set up in the same spot each day.
Intro special: 1st month free with one year commitment paid up-front. Equivalent of membership type (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm). At the initiation of your agreement you will be billed 11 months for the selected level of membership.
Coaching Fees: Consultation required. Please speak with receptionist to schedule.
Incubator Program: Co-work membership and eligibility requirements mandatory. This program is designed to educate and prepare entrepreneurs for business growth and funding opportunities. Collaborate & Grow Do a great days work in airy open spaces and lounge style setting with unlimited coffee and the highest quality connectivity.
The boutique is available for $35 per hour for members and $50 for non-members. The boutique must be booked for a minimum of 3 hours. The room accommodates up to 40 people comfortably. A projector can be rented for presentations. Payment is required to reserve the room. Cancellation is required at least 72 hours in advance to obtain a 50% refund.

Payment: Payment is due on the 25th of the month for the following month. Members should set up payments as auto-charge through a debit or credit card. A late fee of 10% will be applied after the 5th of the month compounded. Please ask one of our team members for information. Want to Save Money on Your Membership: Pre-pay your membership for the year in full and save 15%.
Cancellation: Members with 30 days notice after can cancel their membership the first three months of membership by giving notice to our staff.
Amenities: Hot Desk and Named Desk members have access to business development/coaching as well as complimentary tea, coffee, scanning, and wireless broadband internet and black and white printing. Faxing services and additional printing services are charged incrementally.
Etiquette: Members are encouraged to interact with each other; however, please limit long conversations and phone calls to one of the designated call rooms or to an outside space. Eating is prohibited in the open space. Use indoor voice to avoid disturbances.
Guests: Members are welcome to bring 1-2 guests in for short meetings. If bringing more than two people or for a meeting that will last longer than one hour, members are required to buy a day pass for each guest ($15 per day).
